As the attached photographs verify, there has been no change in the condition of the Chappee Auto Wrecking business at 7200 Ponto Drive. It is our uunderstanding
that your office gave Mr- Chappee until April 8, 1983+ to comply with the RD-M zoning. As of this date, it is
evident that he has made no effort to do so.
