NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the
City of Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 11,
1975 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California to consider a Conditional Use Permit Amendment (CUP-64) of Title 21 of the Municipal Code of the City of Carlsbad to:
Consider an amendment to City Council Resolution No. 3053,
which permits an auto wrecking operation
on property located northerly of Ponto Road and easterly of Carlsbad Boulevard, and more particularly described as:
All that portion of the south two-thirds of Lot 4 of Section 29, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to the United States Government Survey approved October 25, 1875, and further described in the files of the Cit.y Planning
Department.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited
to attend the public hearing. If you have any questions, please call
729-1181 and ask for the Planning Department.
