NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, Parch 4, 1975, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, to consider a Conditional Use Permit Amendment (CUP-64), pursuant to provisions of Title 21 of the Municipal Code of the City of Carlsbad to:
Consider an amendment to City Council Resolution No. 3053, which permits an auto wrecking operation
on property located northerly of Ponto Road and easterly of Carlsbad Boulevard, and more particularly described as:
All that portion of the south two-thirds of Lot 4 of Section 29,
Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to the United States Government Survey approved October 25, 1875, and further described in the files of the City Clerk.
