Traffic control shall be provided to the satisfaction of the Police Department. 3. A minimum of eight portable sanitary stations shall be provided in addition to the existing permanent facilities. 4. Portable bleachers will not be used. 5. Proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00, naming the city as an additional insured, shall be presented and approved by the city no later than three clays prior to the subject event. 6.
