As the proposal has been presented to me, I hereby find that the following facts. apply to the subject request: - 1) That the requested use is necessary or desirable for the development of the community, is essentially in harmony with the various elements and objectives of the General Plan, and is not detrimental to existing uses or to uses specifically permitted in the zone in -which the proposed use is to be located; 2) That the site for the intended use is adequate in size and shape to accommodate the use; - FORM 11 Page 2 3) That all of the yards, setbacks, walls, fences, landscaping, and other features necessary to adjust the requested use to existing or permitted future uses in the neighborhood will be provided and maintained; and 4) That the street system serving the proposed-use is adequate to properly handle all traffic generaged by the. proposed use. Date: PAUL BUSSEY, CITY MANAGER CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1) This CUP is granted only for the activity, dates and place described in the application (CM CUP 79-1) and as shown on Exhibit "A" dated 6/28/79. This CUP shall expire at midnight on August 16, 1979. 2) Adequate off street parking to handle the. estimated attendance shall be provided. 3) Traffic control and security shall be provided by the applicant as required and approved by the Police Department. There shall be a minimum of four security guards, one of which shall be female. 4) A minimum of 15 sanitary units shall be provided by the applicant in accordance with County Department of Health standards. If attendance is estimated at more than 3,000, sanitary units shall be provided at a ratio of one unit per 200 people. 5) TIie applicant shall obtain any electrical permits and/or inspections required by the Carlsbad Building and Housing Code prior to the installation of any electrical facilities. 6) The applicant shall reimburse the City for actual costs of city services, including police and fire services, upon written notice from the City Manager. 7) All lighting shall be designed and located to prevent adverse impacts to any surrounding property or public roadways. 8) All refuse shall be removed from the site after each performance.
