NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission
of the City of Carlsbad, California will hold a Public Hearing
on June 12, 1973, at 7:30 P.M., in the City CouniSlChambers,
1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, to consider the following
matter:
CASE NO. CUP-83 CARLSBAD RACEWAY
application filed by LARRY L. GRISMER, requesting approval of
a Conditional Use Permit to allow the addition of a Gymnasium,
Dormitory and Cross-Country Track to existing Raceway facilities,
on property generally located north of Palomar Airport Road,
two miles east of El Camino Real, and more particularly
described as:
Southwest one-quarter of northeast one-quarter of Section 18, Township 12 south, Range 3 west, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California.
Those persons desiring to commant on this proposed
Condiitonal Use Permit are cordially invited to attend the
Public Hearing.
