RECOHHENDATIONS: Staff recomnends approval of the subject application for fie following reasons: 1. Thore is a need for additional day-care facilities in the community. 2. The proposed use would not crcate any adverse effects on adjoining properties. 'rr CdNDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1. The Conditfonal Use Permit Is granted for the land as described In the appllcrtlon and .ey attachments thereto, and as shown on the plot plan rubmttted labeft-., Exhibit A. The use shall be allowed for a 10 year period and timeafter shall be subject to Planning Comnlssion review on 5 year Intervals. 4. Compliance wjth and execution of all conditions listed hereon shall be necessary prior to obtaining final building inspection clearance.
