NOTICE IS HEREBY GNEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold
a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive (formerly Elm
Avenue), Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 1992, to consider
approval of an extension and amendment of a conditional use permit allowing the
expansion of the Pilgrim Congregational Church on property generally located at 2020 and
2030 Chestnut Avenue in the R-1 Zone and Local Facilities Management Zone 1 and more
particularly described as:
Map 1681 Thum Lands, Portion of Tracts 254 and 255 and Lot 24 of Map
4165 and Lot 24 of Map 4165.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public
hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after January 29,1992. If you
have any questions, please call Anne Hysong in the Planning Department at 438-1 161, ext.
4477.
If you challenge the Conditional Use Permit Amendment Extension/Conditional Use Permit
Amendment in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else
raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered
to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
