Dear Project Planner,
Enclosed, please find an application for a Conditional Use Permit amendment for Pilgrim
Congregational Church. The request is for permission to use the house adjacent to the
church property for church school classrooms and meeting rooms. No improvements or
alterations to the house are proposed.
Also enclosed, is an Environmental Impact Assessment form which has been completed.
As the request is merely to use the house and involves no construction or alteration, it will
probably be categorically exempt. If so, the Planning Director has said most or all of the $210 fee will be unused and can be refunded. As this money comes from the church, it
would be greatly appreciated if this fee could be returned.
A check for $285 is enclosed: $75.00 for a CUP amendment (non profit) and $210.00 for
the EN.
