Dear Mr. Nielsen:
Sure, the easy and fast way out of this CUP issue for the
Pilgrim Children’s Center is to say, ”Build a wall”, and
move on to the next item on the agenda. But easy and fast
solutions seldom solve much long-term.
This is a case of a man with an agenda: Get rid of that child
care facility. This is the start of his campaign to pick
away at it until it folds.
I suspect you have heard from many others by now and have
most of the details so I won’t repeat them. All I ask as an
informed citizen of Carlsbad is that you approve the
Conditional Use Permit ”as is”.
Pilgrim Children’s Center is doing too much good for Carlsbad
to be gradually squeezed out of business by this man.
