Dear Mr. Compas,
We urge you to renew the Conditional Use Permit for the Pilgrim United
Church of Christ in Carlsbad.
Such a renewal would seem routine in view of the many documented services
the Church provides to the Carlsbad community and the wider area. The Children’s Center is one of it’s more important services.
Yet we understand that a single person, who appears to be acting in an
irresponsible and self-serving manner, has put such a renewal in question. This seems inconceivable, not to mention unjust.
If you fully consider all the facts, we are sure you can’t help but make a just
decision to renew the permit.
