Subject: Pilgrim Children’s Center Expansion
Dear Ms. Hysong:
Enclosed, per your request, is the cover sheet and checklist for the Children’s Center
Expansion Administrative Permit. I will be submitting the four copies of the revised site
plan (showing the fence line and planting locations/species), along with a reduced copy,
on Friday, May 14. We will also submit a revised building elevation showing the roof
cornice.
On a personal note, I would like to express our appreciation for your efforts to move the
project back to the June 16 hearing date. This will enable us to meet our target date for
opening the facility in September.
