NCHO CARR ILL0 VlLL AGE "K" MINOR AMENDMFNT (PUD 97-03(C) A. In Resolution No. 4563, please add recitals reciting what the project is (to make sense of the reference to "said project" in the current second recital), and delete Finding No. 4 (only required for EIRs). B. In Resolution No. 4564, please change the reference in the second recital from "Planned Unit Development Permit" to "Minor Planned Unit Development Permit Amendment", and please change Condition No. 4 to make generic reference to the local agency providing water and sewer services (use new draft Condition No. 12). 2. PACKARD RESIDENCE [CDP 99-20) A. Please change the following findings: 2) delete reference to the grading ordinance (the staff report says no grading permit is required; 4) delete reference to Guidelines section 15304 (since no grading permit is required); and 6) please make the same change as above regarding water and sewer services (use new draft Finding). B. Please change the following conditions: 4) please make the companion change regarding the above-referenced Finding (use new draft Condition No. 12); 6) please insert the name of the school district prior to reference to the school district at line 27; and 7) please change the reference to final map etc., at the bottom of page 3 and top of page 4 to "building permit". 3. fl A. In Resolution No. 4579, please add a Finding No. 7 whereby the Director has determined that the project is exempt under CEQA. B. Please change Condition No. 8 as stated above with regard to water and sewer facilities (use draft new Condition No. 12). C. Please consult with CMWD regarding Condition Nos. 14 through 20. It is incomprehensible that the standard conditions are present in this resolution, when we not only have a site plan as part of a conditional use permit for the project, so we know all we are ever going to know about the project, including its water requirements, but it is a continuation of an existing use which already has all of its water facilities in place. If there are real water conditions, please insert them, if there aren't any, please delete them all. I will be out of the office June-3 through June 8, but Gary can contact me at home if it is necessary for any of you to discuss the above comments in time for DCC on Monday, June 7. D.
