The preliminary staff report for the above referenced project is attached. This
preliminary report will be discussed by staff at the Development Coordinating
Committee (DCC) meeting which will be held on June 7, 1999. A twenty (20)
minute appointment has been set aside for you at 10:00 a.m. If you have any
