FOR THE REVIEW.
5. COMPLETE REVIEW INFORMATION SECTION DURING REVIEW.
6. HAVE PRINCIPAL PLANNER REVIEW AND SIGN.
7. PLACE COMPLETED REVIEW SHEET IN ADMIN IN-BOX FOR PROJECT FILE
(ADMIN WILL FILE).
