SUEUECT: Conditional Use Permit - South Coast Asphalt Products, Inc.
At a regular meeting of the City Council held on May 2, 1961, a public hearing was duly held on the above subject. At that time the hearing was cloeed, however, the decieion of the Council was deferred until the next regular meeting of the Council.
On may 16, 1961 at a regular meeting of the City Council, by a unanimous decision it was agreed that the findingre and recommendations of the Planning Commission be upheld, but that the following conditions be added:
(a). No quarry operations to be below existing creek level.
(b). Notice to be given to the Administrator of the Tri-City Hoerpital, prior to controlled blasting operations.
(c). In lieu of Surety Bond, applicant to furnirilh proof of liability insurance In the amount of at least $50,000.
(d). Upon termination of quarry operation, all property which has been worked is to be leveled in a workmanlike manner.
