The Planning Comrisrrlon has before it an application for a conditional use
permit for quarrying operations to be conducted on the easterly portion of
the Manon Ranch lying on the south side of Vista Way. The application
states that there may be, from time to time, controlled blasting. It is
respectfully requemted that your department make reconwindations to the
Planning Cmission for its meeting on April 11, 1961, at which ti- the
