Dear Don:
Thank you for keeping us informed on what South Coast Asphalt is doing in regard to relations with your neighbors. We submitted this information to the Planning Commission, who were pleased with what your doing. However, they did suggest that in addition to notifying the City that you also notify the representatives of Costa Serena residents in writing 36 hours in advance of a change in the operation. If you will do this I.will inform the Planning Commission of your action.
