We do, therefore, hereby request subject Encroachment Permit in sequence of events as follows: Resolution #3304 of the City of Carlsbad 1. Home Federal Savings and Loan would place their temporary building in the area depicted in the attached Exhibit "A" for a period of time as required to construct their per- manent facilities on our shopping center. 2.
