There is a front footage charge due on subject property; $4.50 per foot and also a charge of $30.00 per lot or $120.00 per acre (whichever fee is the greater) per agree- ment dated November 7, 1967 between the City and May Company.
This fee will have to be collected before any water service can be provided.
