Dear Mr. Agatep:
Reference is made to Resolution #1123, Case No. CUP-95 and the
minutes in Letter of the Meeting dated November 29, 1974, with
the City of Carlsbad, Alexander Haagen Developer and Bank of
America concerning Parcel Map revisions, specific plan revisions,
building permits, and encroachment permits.
Under the bench marks set down at that time Home Federal Savings
and Loan Association's permanent facility was to have been under
construction by March 1975 to meet requirements of CUP-95.
Due to the delays of two Planning Commission hearings and a pending
hearing with the City Council on the 18th of March, Home Federal
is requesting an extension of CUP-95 and the encroachment permit
on Osuna Drive for a period of time that would be sufficient to allow
Home Federal to resolve the matter with the City Council and to
comply with the conditions of CU P-95.
