RE: CUP-95 - PHONE CONVERSATION WITH DON SNOWBARGER,
HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN - NOVEMBER 25, 1975
He stated he had an over-the-counter phone conversation with Dana Hield
and Mike Zander concerning the statue of CUP expiration. He was pre-
pared to file an application for extension. Mike and Dana stated that if
he pursued his permanent building plans immediately there would be no
use (practical ly-speaking) in going through formal extension proceedings.
He further stated that he subsequently filed building plans for the
permanent facility and that they have been approved.
