Dear Mr. Hagaman: Tuesday, January 2, 1979, not to amend the zoning code so as to allow the continued temporary use by South Coast of the trailer as a lunchroom, they will cease using this vehicle on January 11, 1979, the date their permit expires. After that date, the trailer will be returned to its ori- ginal use, that is, a construction trailer. They intend to continue to store the trailer on site at its present location until such time as it may be needed off site as a construction trailer. While on site however it will not be used for active use by South Coast. In its configuration as a construction trailer I submit it becomes the same as any other piece of equipment needed by South Coast in their business, and can be kept on the premises. In accordance with the Council's decision of For your information I am enclosing a copy of a letter that I sent to the Planning Department on February 6,1978 complaining of certain off-site housing development signs adjoining South Coast property. I would appreciate it if you would investigate this matter and provide me with a written report which I can forward to my client showing the results of this investigation. Very truly yours, STEPHEN M. L'HEUREUX SML/ekb cc: South Coast Asphalt Co. Enclosure
