: Thank you for submitting for staff review the above mentioned project. We i appreciate the effort you have made to indicate existing and proposed contours and to clearly show the proposed building height. With that information,’staff was able to make a determination of the proposed building height. The proposed structure violates the City’s height limitation by proposing a structure that
I is 41-1/2 feet tall. This occurs due to the excavation for the motor court and
8 access to the proposed garage.
