RE: MARCH 20, 1989 LETTER CONCERNING 2986 HIGHLAND DRIVE HEIGHT ISSUE
Thank you for your letter. We received the letter March 30. Your request was reviewed at our planning staff meeting today.
As reiterated in our January 6, 1989 letter to Gary Nessim. The Planning Director has determined that the proposed structure exceeds the City's building height ordinance.
This .determination can be appealed to the Planning Commission. Procedures for
appeal of a Planning Director's decision are outlined in Section 21.54.140 of
the City's Zoning Ordinance.
