AMENDMENT TO CONDJTIONS OF D189-9 FOR PUD 103 AWARA
The Engineering Department requests that the proposed conditions for Planning
Commission Resolution No. 2957 for PUD 103 of Aviara be amended as follows:
Replace proposed Condition No. 8 with the following proposed Condition No. 8:
8. Approval of this site plan requires adjustment of the existing lot lines for the
CT 85-35 Unit C final map. application for building permits or issuance
of a grading permit, the ow must apply for and receive approval of
a tentative parcel map lot lines required pursuant to Exhibit .
"B" of this approval. Prior to issuance of building permits for the site, the
applicant must process to recordation the final parcel map reflecting the revised
lot lines.
Add the proposed new Condition No. 9:
9. The typical lot drainage as shown on Exhibit "B" is specifically not approved. Prior
to issuance of building permits or approval of the tentative parcel map required
of Condition Number 8, the applicant shall submit a detailed drainage exhibit in
conformance with City standards and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
These drainage details shall be reflected on the reproducible mylar copy of the site
plan.
