Dear Brad:
This letter is to confirm the schedule for Library Workshop No. 5, to be held next week,
November 6 through November 9,1990. The schedule for the workshop will follow your agenda,
dated September 14,1990, with the exception that the presentation of the project to the Planning
Commission will not take place until December 5, 1990.
The daytime meetings scheduled for Tuesday through Thursday will be held in the Library’s newly
acquired meeting facility, located at 2955 Elmwood Avenue, Carlsbad. This facility is across the
street and north of the Cole Library. Building Review Committee
meeting will be held at the Carlsbad Senior meeting will be held, as
usual, in the Cole Library.
On Tuesday afternoon at 3:OO p.m., the Project Planner, Mike Grim, will join us and provide an
update on the Planning Department’s review of the project.
