The proposed project includes the following: • Install approximately 390 linear feet of 18-inch RCP • Install new box inlet • Install new storm drain cleanout • Install AC berm and concrete cross-gutter • Repave the roadway In response to your application, the Planning Division has prepared this comment letter. Please note that the purpose of an Early Assessment is to provide you with direction and comments on the overall concept of your project. Planning: General 1. The project will not need any permits from Planning; however, the project must comply with C.M.C. Chapter 8.48-Noise, which regulates permitted hours for construction. 2. The project is exempt from environmental review per CEQA Guidelines Section 15303(d), concerning new construction of small structures such as utility extensions and street improvements.
