This letter is a follow-up to our phone conversation this morning
regarding provision of funds for EIR consultant services and pro-
cessing. To start the consultant working on the EIR the city
needs a check for $9,450.00. All of that amount, except a
$250.00 city processing fee, will be deposited into a trust
account in your name. The city will pay the consultant out of
this fund based on work completed as specified in the contract.
Your immediate action on this matter will be greatly
appreciated.
