In response to your letter dated July 10, 1989 in the referenced
matter, we hereby formally request that the City prepare an
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for this project. Odmark &
Thelan and The Davidson Companies Partnership agrees to accept
responsibility for the cost of the EIR. Enclosed herewith is the
application fee of $5,000.
Thank you for your continued cooperation and prompt attention to
this project.
