As you know the Tentative Map for the Green Valley subdivision was appealed by the Civ of Encinitas. Because we may not be able tD bring the appeal to the City Council within
30 days of its filing, on or before March 15, we have asked the City of EncMtas to agree
to an extension,
Similarly we are hereby requesting that Carlsbad Panners agree to an extension of time not
to exceed 30 days. Signature in the space below will serve as an agreement to the reques tcd extension,
