Pursuant to discussions in our meeting today, I reviewed our files and discovered
the enclosed archaeological report.
I am passing along an extra copy of the report in case you do not have one. The
result of the investigation was negative and the archaeologist had earlier sent you a letter
releasing the property for grading.
