Dear David and Theresa:
We appreciated the opportunity to show you the Green Valiey property and discuss the details of
the master plan. As requested, attached is some material which will provide more detail on certain
aspects of the development and preservation plans. The enclosed items are as follows:
1. Green Vallev Master Plan - excerpts as highlighted in the Table of Contents and Exhibit
List.
2. Photographs and article on the arch bridge system proposed for the crossing of Encinitas
Creek. :*
3. Green Vallev Master Tentative Map - These plans show the grading detail and
desiltation/depollution basins.
4. Green Vallev SloDe and SloDe Profiles - Sheet 3 of this package shows several sections
through the site.
5. Green Vallev RiDarian/UDland Mitigation Proaram - These exhibits document the areas of
impact and the locations of the revegetation areas. The numbers key to a table which is
also attached to the plans.
6. Green Vallev Preliminarv LandscaDe ConceDt Plan - These plans illustrate the areas of
revegetation by type of plant material to be used. These areas are the same as the areas
identified in the landscape section of the Master Plan.
