R was determined that the General Plan Amendment for the Green Valley project would
include:
Change to the Land Use Map from Office and Community Commercial to
Extensive Regional Retail.
As a follow-uplconcurrent item, the City will review a text change to the General Plan to
broaden the description of commercial uses. The intent is to fully acknowledge the
various marketing types of commercial centers and their relation to neighborhood,
community and regional needs.
