Notice of Preparation (NOP) of a Draft EIR (DEIR) for the Green Valley MP-400 du's (+) 600,000 square feet of commercial retail space located along
the west s ide of El Camino Real south of La Costa Avenue-SCH 93041 01 4
Caltrans District 11 comments on the subject NOP are as follows:
* Circulation- The updated traffic analysis should be based on year 2015 peak-
hour traffic impacts. Our agency will be especially interested in reviewing your
discussions of projected impacts and proposed mitigations as they pertain to Interstate 5 (1-5) main lanes and interchanges.
0 Cumulative ImDactg - Your analyses of increased traffic congestion and
increased requirements for public facilities will be of particular interest during
our review of the DEIR for the Green Valley Master Plan.
