City staff are currently in the process of reviewing the above referenced plans for a proposed
approximate 600,000 s.f. commercial development and approximately 400 unit multi-family
residential development for the area in south Carlsbad historically known as Green Valley.
Enclosed for your review and comment are the executive summary and applicable sections
of the LFMP and MP for this project. Please return any comments to me by Friday, April
23,1993 so that they can be forwarded to the applicant and included in the LFMP and MP. c
