I Dear Mayor Lewis;
The Board of Directors of the Batiquitos Lagoon Foundation requests to be noticed concerning
any activity or planning sessions dealing with the property owned by the Carlsbad Partnership
located south of Batiquitos Lagoon, along El Camino Real, in the northern half of Green Valley.
Since the Creek running through Green Valley empties into Batiquitos Lagoon, the Lagoon
Foundation has a strong interest in the protection of that water source and in understanding its
effect upon the lagoon. c
