GREEN VALLEY TRAFFIC REPORT REVISION - CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT
Attached are three (3) copies of the above referenced agreement for the City Manager and
City Attorney's signatures. Principals for WPA Traffic Engineering, Inc. (WPA) signed and
notarized the agreement on March 22, 1995.
Pass through funds in the amount of $40,000 have previously been deposited in City
"Miscellaneous Professional Services Engineering Account 001 -820-3 1 10-2479" by Carlsbad
Partners (Green Valley developer) for contract payment. rc
Please return two (2) signed copies for the Engineering Department and WPA's records. If you
have any questions, please either see or contact me at extension 4388.
