HomeMy WebLinkAboutEIR 93-02; Green Valley; Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (70)MEMORANDUM December 7, 1992 TO: CHIRSTER WES" - PLANNING DEPARTMENT FROM: Assistant Engineer - Land Use Review LFMP 23 - GREEN VALLEY - TRAFFIC REPORTS Pursuant to our recent discussion at last Thursday's Green Valley meeting, the following is a summary of additional traffic analysis work that must be conducted and submitted for review. Adjustment of the existing Green Valley Traffic Report in accordance with the "redlined" comments therein. (Existing report attached) As discussed at the meeting, analyze all possible roadway connections and circulation patterns interior and exterior to the site. Specifically include the intersection of El Camino Real with La Costa Avenue, as well as items listed in correspondence to Mr. Todd Fagen, dated October 7, 1992. Analyze intersections for potential traffic signal installation utilizing Caltrans Traffic Signal warrants. When conducting Intersecting Capacity Utilization (ICU) analysis use an Efficiency Lost Factor of 0.1. The Series 7 SANDAG model shall be acceptable for further project analysis. The applicant should begin this analysis immediately so that the new reports can be submitted on a timely basis and further review can be conducted.
