Planning Commission Resolution No. 6672 • Delete condition No. 33. • Add the following condition as new condition No. 33: A deed restriction shall be recorded for Lot 1 that describes the existing 20' wide easements on the east and west sides of Lot 1. The deed restriction and plat shall provide or state that no trees shall be placed within each easement. An encroachment agreement must be approved for any permanent improvement (including but not limited to: Concrete, walls, fences or pool equipment). If any encroachments are proposed they must be specifically approved by an encroachment agreement from the respective easement holder.
