SU3JECT: REQUIREME~TS FOR SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATIONS
In an effort to alleviate some of the ti~e spent by Staff
in the processing procedure for new applications presented to the
Planning Department~ it is requested that the below requirements be
presented to each individual/developer, at the time of their pre-
filing meeting with Staff.
No application,will be accepted unless these items have
been completed:
1. All of the 28 copies of the map presented' to the
Planning Department, must be individually folded
to a size not to exceed 8-1/2 inches by 11
inches. The overall' size of the sepia and
28 copies of the map (before folded) should
not exceed 24 inches by 36 inches.
2. For each proposal submitted~ there must be a
colored-up copy of the map to be used as an
exhibit when being presented to the Plannini
Commission and/or City' Council. These colored-
up maps should be approximately 2411 X 36" in
size.
