The proposed project location is on the northeast comer of the intersection of Aviara Parkway and Poinsettia he, in Local Facilities Management Plan Zone 20. The proposed project requests a Tentative Tract Map, Hillside Development Permit, Coastal Development Permit, and a Zone Change. The Zone Change is required to change the underlying zoning from L-C (Limited Control) to R-1-7,500. The minimum single family lot size is 7,500 square feet in area. No residences are proposed for the lots at this time. Approximately 45% of the project will be open space.
