HomeMy WebLinkAboutHDP 01-06; St. Amour Residence; Hillside Development Permit (HDP) (7)I Re: Aviara Point Lot 264 Dear Mr. and Mrs. St. Amour: On June 1,2000 the Aviara Point Architectural Committee reviewed and approved the final plans for lot 264. The CC&Rs for Aviara Point state “Any Owner shall, as soon as practicable following the receipt of any Approval &om the Committee for any Regulated Improvement, satisfy all conditions imposed upon said Approval and diligently proceed to wmmence and complete a11 construction, alteration and other work authorized ador required by the Approval; said commencement to be in all cases, within not more than one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of Approval for same. If said owncr shall fail to compIy with the provisions of this Section, any Approval given pursuant to this Article shall be deemed revoked unless the Architectural Committee upon written request of said Owner made prior to the expiration of said one hundred twenty (120) day period, extends the time for such commencement. The Architectural Review Committee may, for good cause, extend in writing said one hundred twenty (120) day period.” Therefore, you are hereby notified that you must either start construction of your home within the next 120 days or you will be required to resubmit your final phs for Architectural Review Committee review and approval. All changes from the approved plans and color board must be submitted to and approved by the Aviara Point Architectural Review Committee prior to installation or impIementation. A copy of the Contractor’s Rules and Regulations is enclosed. This document must be reviewed with your contractor prior to the start of construction. Please return the completed signature page to The Walters Management Company prior to the start of construction. Also, enclosed please find the schedule of inspection procedures and the construction start notification form. The inspection procedures outline the required notification and inspections that will be completed after each phase of the grading, foundation formation, framing, final grading and drainage, and completion of the project and landscaping. Ten days prior to the start of construction, please complete and mail the construction start notification to The Walters Management ,Company. Mr. and Mrs. Amour Aviara Point Lot 264 June 8,2000 Page 2 760-436-3108 - A letter of certification fiom a California licensed civil engineer or land surveyor is required for pad elevation, property line encroachment, setbacks, perimeter dimensions, and finished floor elevations. The letter of certification should be completed after footing forms are set and before concrete is poured. Please send the letter to The Walters Management Company, at the San Diego address listed below, so that it may be placed in your file.
