APPLICATION FOR HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR RANCHO SANTA FE RAOD
NORTH, PROJECT NO. 3190
Pursuant to discussions between engineering and planning we are herewith submitting an
application for a Hillside Development Permit (HDP) for the Rancho Santa Fe Road
Realignment and Widening Project, Project No. 3190. Based on the reference discussion we
understand this application qualifies for an administrative approval and as such, does not need
Planning Commission or City Council approval.
Rancho Santa Fe Road North is a City Capital Improvement Project and we understand the
normal filing fee for an HDP is not required. We appreciate the expedited handling of this
