Will drainage and soil erosion control be adequate to inmve that ow home and yard, which is below, will not become flooded or damaged by mudslides ia heavy rains? Smud, what will the lightihg bc? How high will tbe lightsbe and how Mewill they be able to keep them on? This may afikct the diy of both our and our neighbor's bedrooms on the second stories.
