NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR A HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that a Hillside Development Permit has been applied for to allow the
construction of a tennis court to be located on property located at 33 15 Venado Street, Carlsbad,
California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 476 of Carlsbad Tract No. 72-20 La Costa Vale Unit No. 3, in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
According to Map Thereof No. 7950, Filed in the office of the
County of San Diego Recorder of San Diego County, June 3,1974.
If you have any objections to the granting of this Hillside Development Permit or wish to have
an informal hearing to discuss the requested permit, please notify the Planning Department, 1635
Faraday Avenue, Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice.
