HomeMy WebLinkAboutHDP 03-06; Korte Residence; Hillside Development Permit (HDP) (3)May 12,2004 Mr. & Mrs. Korte 2808 Carrillo Way Carlsbad CA 92009 SUBJECT: HDP 03-06 - KORTE POOL, SPA, FIREPLACE, AND RETAINING WALL Dear Mr. and Mrs. Korte: The Planning Department is in receipt of the revised grading plans, as requested by staff, for the pool located at 2808 Carrillo Way. At this time, the Planning Department requests that a formal application for a Consistency Determination be submitted pursuant to Planning Department Policy 35, attached. Per the policy, please submit the written statements, or other information as may be required, to explain and justify the request. Please refer to the Policy for the consistency determination criteria. The determination for consistency will be based on the ability to make the findings as listed within the policy. A fee of $130.00 is to be collected by the City upon submittal of the application. Please also find attached the submittal application. If a determination of consistency is approved, the grading plan DWG 413-48 shall be construction changed to accurately reflect the revised HDP exhibit. The revisions to the grading plan shall be submitted, reviewed and approved prior to start of any work in the field reflecting the revised HDP. The construction change guidelines and submittal requirements can be obtained from the Engineering Counter. The construction change process typically takes about 30 days to complete.
