HomeMy WebLinkAboutHDP 89-11; Jessop; Hillside Development Permit (HDP) (2)City of Carlsbad Plannina Department March 30, 1989 Raymond Jessop 7229 Linden Terrace Carlsbad, CA 92008 SUBJECT: HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT 89-11, 7215 EL FURETE STREET APN: 215-491-27 It is the Planning Director's determination that the project is consistent with the City's Hillside Development Ordinance, Chapter 21.95 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code and, therefore, approves the request based on the following: FINDINGS: 1. Hillside conditions have been properly identified on the constraints map which show existing and proposed conditions and slope percentages. 2. All development is designed to minimize grading and utilize the flattest portion of the site for the residence. 3. No undevelopable areas exist on the site, i.e., slopes over 40%, as identified on the constraints map. 4. Grading of the lot and hillside development is compatible in size and scale to adjacent residences. 5. The grading design minimizes disturbance of hillside lands. 6. The approved exhibits, dated March 29, 1989 are on file with the Planning Department and are hereby incorporated by reference.
