Coastal DeveloDment Application:
I am presently working on completing the Coastal Development Application. One of the
documents required is the enclosed form. I will be giving you a typed clean version of this form
that needs to be filled out. However, at this time, I would like to know amroximatelv how long it
wilt take for me to receive back this form once I submit it to YOU. Is this a step that is completed
in a day or two; or does completing this form take a longer period of time? I have a number of
documents I need to submit with my application and it is important that I receive all required
documentation at about the same time so that eveqthing can be submitted at one time.
Offsite Mitigation: Please send to me the application and infomation regarding the offsite mitiaation. I would like to
get that issue behind me.
Sign Permit Denosit:
The Planning Department has a $200 sign deposit I posted. I came to your office last week and
turned in a request for a refund. No one there at that time could tell me how I receive the refund.
Would you please ask the person responsible for this action in your department to call me and let
me know how I get my deposit back.
