Dear Ms. Hysong:
This letter is to confirm that I will be purchasing .39 acres of offsite mitigation pursuant to
the requirements outlined in the Biological Analysis.
When it is convenient, please forward to me the application and instructions I need to use
to apply for this offsite mitigation.
Another issue is that I have requested the Coastal Commission to forward to me an
aptdication for the Coastal permit. If you have any special instructions or advise regarding
this process then please call me. I am totally unfamiliar with the coastal application
process and I am soliciting help from anyone who has knowledge about filing a coastal
application and is willing to help me. "
